INVOXi · Editbase Solutions
Terms & Conditions
These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when you use INVOXi.
Last updated: 27 October 2026
1. Who you contract with
INVOXi is a product of Editbase Solutions, registered in South Africa. For use of the service, you are contracting with Editbase Solutions. By creating an account or continuing to use INVOXi, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age and, if acting for an organisation, authorised to bind it.
INVOXi helps you create quotes and invoices, manage customers, record payments and use related business tools. It does not guarantee that your customers will pay you.
2. Your account and documents
Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy, legality and tax treatment of your quotes, invoices and other records. Plan features and usage allowances are shown on the pricing and billing pages.
You retain rights to the documents, branding and other content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content only to provide and secure the service. You must have permission to upload and process your customers’ personal information.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use INVOXi unlawfully, for fraud, spam, harassment or infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Do not upload malware, probe security, scrape the service without authorisation, interfere with others’ access or circumvent technical or plan limits.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service except where applicable law permits it.
4. Our intellectual property
Editbase Solutions retains ownership of INVOXi’s software, documentation, branding and other service intellectual property. Your selected plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is authorised.
5. Payments, renewals and cancellation
Paid plans renew on the billing cycle chosen at checkout unless cancelled. Prices are fixed in the selected USD or ZAR billing currency; applicable taxes and any charges are displayed at checkout. You can manage your subscription from Settings → Billing & Plan. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your paid period.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Our change-of-mind refund period is 30 days, as explained in our Refund Policy. This applies to buying INVOXi subscriptions, not payments your customers make for your own goods or services.
6. AI features and content rights
You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded inputs, use of outputs and checking their accuracy. You must have rights to any input content. Between you and us, you retain your input rights and may use outputs to the extent permitted by law; outputs may not be unique and we do not guarantee copyright protection or freedom from third-party rights.
Do not use AI features for illegal content, deceptive or non-consensual deepfakes, hate speech, malware, infringement, or attempts to bypass safeguards or jailbreak the system. Outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for regulated legal, accounting, tax or other professional advice without qualified oversight.
We may filter or refuse outputs, remove or restrict content, and suspend accounts to address misuse. Rights holders can report infringements to support@myinvoxi.com with details identifying the content and their rights. We investigate complaints and may terminate access for repeated infringement.
7. Availability and liability
We take reasonable care to provide the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Keep copies of important business records. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable South African consumer rights, or liability for fraud or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Suspension, termination and changes
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or serious or repeated policy violations. Where practicable and safe, we will notify you. Export important records before closing your account; retained information is handled under our Privacy Notice and applicable law.
We may update these terms and will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law.
9. South African law and contact
These terms are governed by South African law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Please contact support@myinvoxi.com about questions, complaints or disputes so we can try to resolve them. Where necessary, disputes may be brought before a competent South African court, without limiting mandatory rights to another forum.
